Now this is the real deal. Great to see a UK brewery nailing a proper West Coaster !
Clear as day with a slowly dissipating small white head. Lovely fine carbonation and huge dank grassy aromas on the nose as it hits the glass.
It’s all classic tasting notes for the style from here on in. Jammy marmalade, juicy citrus hops and lingering pine notes
Then a super rounded bitterness on the finish with an almost oily, creamy consistency coming from the high ABV and solid malt backbone
All in all great beer and a reminder of how good a West Coast IPA can be. Rock on! 🤙
